Delivery & Shipping

Shipping in the United States

We offer two shipping options for online orders within the United States. All deliveries within the United States will have local taxes added at checkout. Deliveries to addresses in the United States are made by FedEx or LTL carrier. All shipping costs indicated on our website are in USD for both domestic and international residents.

Standard $0*

  • Free domestic shipping within the United States.
  • Order will be sent via a curbside delivery service.
  • If you are not home for the delivery, it may be left at your door.

*Excludes Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping costs will be quoted in your checkout before payment for selected items.

Premium $400*

  • Installation to room of choice.
  • Packaging removal.
  • Choice of delivery date and time.
  • Maximum weight of furniture 100kg.

*Applicable only to domestic deliveries in selected states in the United States.

Shipping Internationally

International shipping costs are calculated by volumetric weight and are shown at the time of order. Armadillo offers international economy shipping. International shipping pricing excludes local taxes and duties. The order will be Delivered at Place (DAP - incoterms 2010). Local duties and taxes will be payable directly to delivery customs agency at the time of entry.

Underlay $50

Rug underlays, purchased without a rug, will incur a $50 shipping fee per underlay. We recommend ordering your underlay at the same time you purchase your rug to avoid additional charges.


Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within three business days after your purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic email from with the tracking details so you can follow the status of your delivery. After dispatch, the shipping time to most US capital cities is usually within 5-12 business days via FedEx or BTX Global. Please allow 15-20 business days for international deliveries.
