Operations Manager - Los Angeles, CA
The Operations Manager is a customer-centric role that is responsible for leading and motivating the sales operations team to provide fast, seamless order support and service. This position helps lead the team who sit at the intersection of revenue recognition, sales support, inventory management and operational coordination between the warehouse, freight carriers and other important partnerships. Successful candidates will have previous experience working with ERP systems, in the manufacturing, wholesale, or distribution environments, focusing on providing support to the internal sales department by becoming an expert in our systems, processes, and brand voice. You will set the tone in the operations department with great work ethic and cultivate a positive learning environment for your team. Energized by communication and collaboration, you will guide the roadmap for customer service and order management and look for opportunities to automate processes, build for scale, and reduce costs. You will lead communication and maintain good relationships with important freight vendors and warehouse partnerships. You have the proven ability to organize and balance day to day workload with higher level department projects & initiatives and effectively manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands. You love learning new things and are known for bringing innovative perspectives and questions to the table. You are deadline and results-driven, passionate about leading others and implementing best practices that help your internal partners and team do their best work.
