Account Manager- Wholesale
Based in the EC Region this role will service our wholesale clients based in the US, Canada, and UK. You will manage existing customers and build new connections, strengthening our relationships and maximizing all opportunities to increase sales and brand awareness.
About You
Key Capabilities and Behaviors Required:
This role is a key function of our sales team and will operate with a brand first mindset across all aspects. Strong product knowledge and a commitment to embodying our unique brand values will support the ability to provide a level of customer service that is in line with our global service standards. Strategic thinking is imperative as these channels have the potential to impact additional sales channels are very important to our growth in these markets from both a sales and brand awareness perspective. Fostering meaningful internal relationships and working with a collaborative approach will support all cross-department activities that impact our wider team.
We are searching for a dynamic sales professional, who can demonstrate:
• Experience in a similar role and industry 2-4 years
• A proven sales record
• Utmost professional presentation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Wholesale sales experience preferred
• Strong network through the design community is an advantage
• CRM experience preferred (HubSpot a plus)
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales through elevated customer service and engagement.
• Execute and assist in the development of sales outreach strategies for US, Canada and UK
• Manage your client portfolio end-to-end: manage order requests, initiate samples sends and provide product information/troubleshooting support, and monitor orders through delivery.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including construction, sustainability, care, and suitability, to confidently recommend the right products for different applications.
• Maintain & grow relationships with all wholesale partners.
• Develop and provide product and brand training both digitally and in person with wholesale partners.
• Execute brand merchandising both digitally and in person with wholesale partners.
• Communicate products launches, discontinued styles and price changes.
• Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly reporting, including tracking new business development efforts, revenue performance, and client engagement.
• Participate in trade shows as needed.
