Marketing Coordinator

Supporting the Marketing and Administrative team, this role will assist in the coordination of PR loans, influencer partnerships, and event production, while also supporting day-to-day office operations. Additionally, this role involves collaboration with global teams on digital communications and supporting Sales and Wholesale teams. Administrative duties include showroom and office maintenance, and supplies management. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage ad hoc cross-departmental projects. This is a full-time salary exempt role.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication
  • 2-3 years experience in a Marketing or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal
  • Organized, proactive and high attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Collaborative team player who works well in a team setting and across departments
  • Thrives on balancing multiple priorities
  • Experience with Klaviyo a plus
  • Experience with design software such as InDesign, Canva, or Figma a plus
  • Experience or interest in the interiors space

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Responsibilities (85%):

  • Provide overall support to the Global Marketing team workflow processes within PR, Print Advertising, Email Communication, Social and Digital.
  • Oversee PR loans including the distribution and coordination of rugs, collateral, merchandising and managing of PR clippings.
  • Oversee production of printed marketing collateral.
  • Assist in compiling monthly/event-based post-reports.
  • Assist with management of influencer partnerships.
  • Assist with the production of large- and small-scale events and photographic and video shoots (pre-production and occasionally on-site).
  • Assist with ad-hoc social media content capture.
  • Assist in inputting creative tasks and briefing into Asana.
  • Collaborate with global team to assist with production of EDMs according to Communications Calendar.
  • Provide support to Sales and Wholesales teams.


Administrative Responsibilities (15%)

  • Support with office management, upkeep, and events.
  • Order and maintain office food and supplies.
  • Attend to showroom deliveries, assist courier.
