Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to all United States residents (contiguous 48 states only) who are 18 years and older. Employees of Armadillo, The Expert and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must submit the entry form above.
3. Giveaway Period: The giveaway will run from 9am (PST) on May 3, 2024 until 4pm (PST) on May 20, 2024. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
4. Prize: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.
6. Claiming the Prize: If a prize is not claimed within 7 days of the winner being contacted via email, a new winner will be selected.
8. Agreement to rules: By participating, you agree to be bound by these rules as outlined in the terms and conditions. All entrants into this competition agree to receive marketing materials and be placed on marketing lists for Armadillo and The Expert.
9. Release and Indemnification: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Armadillo and The Expert from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to their participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.

11. Armadillo and The Expert reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway.
12. The conduct of the competition does not require a permit.
