Accounts and Claims Coordinator
Reporting to the VP of Finance and Operations, we are seeking an Accounts and Claims Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will be driven, passionate and organized, demonstrating a high level of personal motivation and efficiency. This role will be working from our Beverly Hills Showroom.

Key Responsibilities
As Accounts and Claims Coordinator you will be responsible for the following:
Sales Order Invoicing
- Sales Order Invoicing for allocated territory
- Follow up on unpaid pro forma invoices and custom orders
- Allocate backorders and complete custom rugs, including pick up and invoice
- Managing and reporting on returned items/claims (including following up with clients and organizing transport)
- Managing and arranging claim returns, including claim reporting
Claims
- Managing all returned items/claims
- Providing weekly updated to Sales Support in both region on status of claims
- Monthly claim reporting
