Account Manager

Reporting to the Head of Wholesale, UK/Europe, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to service our existing national wholesale and UK trade clients, while working to build and prospect new trade business in Europe. The role is based in our New York City showroom.

About You

We are searching for a dynamic sales professional, who can demonstrate:

  • 2-4 years experience in a similar role and industry
  • A proven sales record
  • Utmost professional presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Wholesale sales experience preferred
  • Strong network through the design community is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive wholesale and trade sales through elevated customer service and engagement
  • Execute and assist in development of wholesale and trade sales outreach strategies
  • Maintain & grow relationships with all wholesale partners
  • Develop and provide product and brand training both digitally and in person with wholesale partners
  • Communicate product launches, discontinued styles and price changes
  • Assist with developing outreach for new Nook wholesale stockists
  • New trade client prospecting for Europe ( travel not required )
  • Support our UK partners
