Personal Assistant

Due to our expansion, a great opportunity exists for an experienced all-rounder PA to assist the Management team. You will provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organisational, and HR support to the Executive Director and the Brand Director.

You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and organise your workload and the initiative to resolve issues quickly in an appropriate manner.

Your duties would include but not limited to:

Personal Assistant

  • Providing effective and efficient confidential executive administrative support to the Management team
  • Maintaining the calendar, agendas, appointments of the Directors and meeting coordination
  • Attending a variety of meetings with the Directors to take minutes, distribute action plans and follow up on action item
  • Travel arrangements – booking flights/ accommodation, arranging visas and transport

HR Support

  • Providing recruitment administration assistance (preparing JD, posting add, selection and interview process, employment contract, scheduling PR)
  • Maintaining accurate employee information via attendance record
  • Develop and implement new onboarding programs
  • Facilitating internal and external training and organising employee inductions

To be successful in this role, you must have/be:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a busy PA role
  • Experience in HR Administration
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task
  • Exceptional time management and organisation skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and foresight
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • High-level written communication skills including the ability to draft a range of documentation and presentation material
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel
  • Bright, confident personality
  • Demonstrate strong work ethic, attitude and values compatible to A&Co Brand Identity.
